Dear Jim and Judy,
I'd like to wish you both a very Happy 40th Wedding Anniversary. It is
quite an accomplishment in today's world. I can't drive down your old
street without thinking of you. I'll always remember seeing your
beautiful dogs in church and all the good that you brought to BCC. You
are missed. Take care of each other and I'll see you on Facebook.
Love,
Julie Carruth Woodward
First - Mom, thanks for asking Pops to dance all those years ago. Pops, thanks for hanging out with shorter dudes so that Mom would choose you. Second - Thanks for tying the knot and looking so damn cute doing it. Also for making awesome kids. The world is so grateful you got it on and pushed us out here. Well, the world might not be so grateful for that whole "beware when hungry" gene, but the rest of our attributes, totally impeccable. Seriously though, thank you, we love you.

Congratulations and Happy 40th wedding anniversary Jim and Judy!
I sort of remember that day! I flew to Utah from Michigan with my Grandma. I believe it was her first plane ride! She was a bit excited and a little nervous. We had a fun trip though. We all made our brides maid dresses. Mine was pink and white checks. Judy and Jim were all smiles all the time! David kept bringing me frosting off the wedding cake because I said I liked extra frosting, until I threw up. Fun times! Judy's Dad took us visit to the Great Salt lake so I could put my toe in. Also ate some yummy spaghetti and meatballs at an Italian restaurant! I was so happy for the two of you then as we threw papers and confetti at you so you could drive away the Happily wedded couple in your car. Excellent decision Judy and Jim! You make a Great couple! Time flies!

Jim & Judy are two of the finest people I know. While at BCC, they put forth their greatest efforts to make our church a wonderful place to worship. Judy certainly has a way with dogs and I remember calling her "The Dog Whisperer". I have never seen anything like the way she could communicate with the animals. But then again - I am a cat lover:) Both Jim & Judy are truly missed by everyone who knew them. I wish them health and happiness in the coming years.
Love you both,
Jane
